The members of this project team have worked in the past on several similar successful projects. This team represents national experience with local expertise. The companies selected for this milestone project have in-depth experience in the construction industry as well as strong ties to the region.
KLMK Group – Owner’s Representative
KLMK Group is providing project management services for the new OMHS Hospital. KLMK Group is a leading provider of comprehensive facility solutions to healthcare owners. Their group of experienced and multidisciplinary professionals provides independent, objective and professional advice to healthcare providers involved in the planning and development of facilities.
Hammel, Green and Abrahamson (HGA) – Architect
Hammel, Green and Abrahamson (HGA), a nationally recognized leader in patient centered hospital design, was selected from a large field of top architectural firms considered by the OMHS Board. With offices in three states and more than 500 professionals, HGA is one of the 15 largest architectural/engineering firms in the U.S. HGA brings a patient-focused perspective to hospital design.
SSR – Mechanical, Electrical & Technology Engineers
Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. will provide the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and technology systems design for the new hospital. SSR is a 470-person firm with 70 healthcare-dedicated staff members in their primary design office. The addition of the engineering firm will bring over 40 years of healthcare facility design experience to the project team.
Bryant Engineering, Inc. (BEI) – Civil Engineers
Bryant Engineering, Inc. (BEI) is an outstanding Owensboro based Civil Engineering and Land Surveying consulting firm. This firm will be providing all civil engineering design services on the OMHS Hospital project.
Turner Construction – Construction Manager
Construction Management services for the new hospital will be provided by Turner Construction Company dba Turner Universal. Turner’s team is composed of local, regional and national healthcare staff who bring the ability to deliver both national and local market healthcare strength, best practices, and experience in emerging trends from marquee healthcare institutions around the country.
